Jose Tejas has served the Northeast for 35 years and today includes five locations. We run a high-volume, fast-paced dining room where the guest experience is everything. Our floor team is the face of that experience, and we are looking for servers who take pride in making every table feel like the only table.

Keep your section clean and organized to our standards throughout the shift

Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume setting

A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in people

Strong multi-tasking skills. You stay calm and organized when it gets busy

Flexible availability

Reliable, professional, and a team player

Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required
