Job Summary Under the direction of the Day Center Supervisor (RN), you will work as a member of a strong team to provide nursing care for the comfort and wellbeing of all participants. You will triage participants, administer medications per MAR and facility standing orders, assist the provider and Day Center Supervisor with ordering labs, procedures, consultation visits, change dressings, and provide wound care. You will serve as a liaison between providers, participants, staff, and families. You will document care delivery, patient condition, reactions, and progress. You will utilize the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation) to deliver professional nursing care to the clinic population in accordance with physician practice policies and procedures. You will collaborate with the RN team for care coordination and prioritize treatments according to urgency of needs. You will provide patient education, especially regarding pharmaceuticals, and support the business goals of the practice. No travel required. 1 year experience required.
