Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Home Care)

Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a rewarding home care setting. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support .

This is an excellent opportunity to build a lasting relationship with a child and family while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of their home.

⭐ Available Shifts

Coverage Needed:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
24 hours per week
Consistent daytime schedule

⭐ About the Case

Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting
G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care
One-on-one private duty nursing
Consistent weekly schedule
Supportive family and clinical team
Opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care

⭐ What You'll Do

Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
Administer and monitor G-tube feedings
Perform routine G-tube care and assessments
Monitor the patient's overall health status and report changes as appropriate
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

⭐ Pay Rate

RN: Up to $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring

Active New Jersey RN License
Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
