Job Description
Therapist: Respiratory

This role involves providing high-quality respiratory therapy in an acute-care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for the position:

Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures according to established protocols.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Must possess valid certifications required for the respiratory therapy role prior to start.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

The position requires shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with orientation conducted weekly on Mondays.
