Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) PRN

Facility Information Facility Name: St. Mary's Health Care System - Athens Schedule PRN (as needed) About the Role St. Mary's Inpatient Rehabilitation offers transitional inpatient therapy and education for those with physical disabilities resulting from injury or illness. Our CARF-accredited center helps patients maximize function and independence while preparing them for their return home. The team includes healthcare professionals working together to serve people with functional disabilities, their families, and the community. Responsibilities Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination. Perform other duties as assigned.
