We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our fabrication shop operations.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

Set up, diagnose, and repair Manual & CNC machines (lathe, mills, shears, or grinders) to perform machining operations.
Repair or replace motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, seals, valves, sensors, switches, wiring, and other components
Assist with equipment installation, relocation, startup, and modification.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair, modify, or install industrial components and structures.
Execute pipe threading operations accurately and efficiently.
Conduct general mechanical and electrical maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot operational issues with machinery and equipment to diagnose and resolve problems promptly.
Implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Out of the Box Thinker!!!
Industrial Machinist or Millwright preferred!
5+ years working with industrial electric motors or mechanical equipment.
Experience with foundry equipment is a plus.
Ability to diagnose and repair industrial machinery.
Mechanical, welding/fabricating, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic.
Experience with induction furnaces, vibratory conveyors, and shot blast equipment is preferred.
Ability to safely use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to dismantle and repair equipment.
