MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance/HVAC Mechanic to support Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management across a dynamic commercial real estate portfolio. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related building systems, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and optimize comfort and efficiency using BAS. You’ll respond to tenant requests, support capital projects, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. At JLL, you’ll join a performance-driven, client-focused team with opportunities for continuous learning, advancement, and contributing to a more sustainable built environment.
