As Matlen Silver continues to grow, we are searching for someone to add to our Talent Acquisition team who will be a true subject matter expert on industry trends, recognizing top talent and building a pipeline of entry level talent for our business. They are tasked with identifying and connecting with staffing sales and recruiting professionals to add to Matlen Silver’s ever-growing team. They are also responsible for engaging with colleges local to our core markets to build pipelines of entry level talent for our teams. Talent Acquisition Specialists at Matlen Silver develop networking capabilities to build long-lasting relationships with all levels of staffing professionals, and also serve as an undeniable example of Matlen Silver's core values. Contribute to Matlen Silver’s continued growth by networking with top-performing sales and recruiting professionals in the staffing industry that would be a fit for our organization. Develop partnership with colleges and universities local to our core markets to build and maintain pipelines of potential entry level talent to feed our Ignite program. Develop understanding of our local geographic markets and maintain active and passive pipelines of talent in those markets. Work closely with our divisional SVPs and Sales Directors on long-term hiring goals and become an extension of their hiring efforts. Establish yourself as an industry go-to for career advice, market trends, resume formatting, counteroffer intelligence, etc. Organize search efforts and candidate pipelines. Develop and manage internal interview processes across the organization. Provide continuous updates on talent pipelines to key stakeholders throughout the organization. Assist with additional responsibilities as needed within the TA department. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 2+ years’ experience in Agency Recruiting or previous internal recruiting experience within the staffing industry Experience in building and maintaining a pipeline of talent Excellent networking, organization, and written/verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and be able to interact with all levels of leadership in and outside of the organization.
