Service Manager

GE HealthCare

GE HealthCare seeks a Service Manager to oversee medical equipment service operations at healthcare facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, or Missouri. The role combines customer relationship management, team leadership, and technical oversight to maintain service excellence and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day service operations and personnel assignments across assigned healthcare accounts
Hire, develop, and oversee performance of direct report biomedical technicians
Serve as primary customer contact; conduct regular relationship reviews and quality assessments
Track financial performance, maintain parts inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance
Provide medical equipment training to hospital staff on operation, diagnostics, and repair

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years biomedical equipment servicing experience with 2 years progressive team leadership
Proven ability to supervise technical personnel and resolve customer relations issues
Experience managing financial and administrative requirements
Strong technical communication skills; ability to explain complex issues to non-technical audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology platforms
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel outside assigned region
