Responsibilities Overall store performance and KPIs. Serve as brand ambassador: show passion for the brand, educate customers on its history, and be knowledgeable about the product and industry. Create and execute effective action plans to maintain or improve performance. Build new and repeat business through customer clienteling. Training and development of team members. Recruit, onboard, and develop internal and external talent. Communicate clearly; energize and encourage teamwork. Lead by collaboration, fostering accountability and trust. Communicate new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner. Deliver the best customer experience to purchasing and non‑purchasing customers. Lead the team in setting and maintaining store visual standards. Execute daily store operations efficiently. Schedule team members to meet business needs and budget. Manage store inventory with high detail per SOPs. Lead opening and closing duties. Qualifications Adaptable to change and results‑driven. Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Strong talent acquisition and development focus. Coachable and receptive to feedback. Passion for the gorjana brand. At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position. Over 18 years of age. Ability to lift or move at least 50 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach. Ability to stand and walk for at least six hours per shift. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. Full‑time availability with open schedules. Compensation Salary range $75,000–$85,000 (range may vary based on experience).
