This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Position Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes. Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations. Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required. Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
