Role Description Our Grill Cook position is a full-time, on-site role supporting both No. 7 Rooftop Bar and Fratelli's Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar. This person is responsible for preparing and grilling menu items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring proper cooking times, temperatures, portioning, quality, and presentation. Daily responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the grill station, preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following all recipes and portion guidelines. The Grill Cook works closely with both kitchen teams to coordinate orders, manage ticket flow, and provide timely, consistent service. This position also requires effective communication with front-of-house employees, monitoring station inventory, communicating product needs, assisting with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed, and complying with all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
