A Property Manager for a large apartment community oversees the daily operations of the property to ensure it is well-maintained, financially successful, and provides excellent service to residents. They manage leasing, resident relations, staff supervision, budgeting, rent collection, vendor coordination, maintenance operations, and compliance with company policies and housing regulations while working to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.
