Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – K–8 School-Based Position Position Details Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week Setting: Onsite School Year Dates: August 3, 2026 – June 4, 2027 Caseload & Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs and 504 Plans Deliver all required IEP and 504 service minutes Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations as needed Attend IEP and 504 meetings as a related service provider Develop, write, and maintain all speech-language components of student IEPs and 504 Plans Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to support goal attainment Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary team members Qualifications Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Competitive salary ranging from $60,000–$80,000 Comprehensive benefits package available Supportive and collaborative educational environment Ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities Dedicated support from the AnthroMed team Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Why Join AnthroMed?
