On Camera Content Creator & Content Strategist

We are looking for: This is a Content Creator and & Content Strategist position for someone who's serious about their craft and ready to level up professionally. You'll create social video content for client accounts while being mentored by senior creators, developing your strategic eye, and refining your production skills. This is NOT an influencer role or a "just post content" position. You'll work on client accounts where strategy, brand alignment, and performance matter. You'll learn to think like a strategist while executing like a professional. This role is structured as a 60-day contract-to-hire position. During the initial 60-day period, you would join the team in a contract capacity, which allows both you and the company to evaluate fit, performance expectations, and long-term alignment. It’s designed to give you meaningful exposure to the role, team dynamics, and day-to-day responsibilities, while also giving us the opportunity to see how you operate in the position. At the end of the 60 days, assuming there is mutual interest and strong performance, the intention is to transition the role into a full-time, permanent position.
