Skillfully tray and serve hot and cold side dishes, ensuring that each serving is presented neatly and in accordance with established presentation standards, maintaining a consistent and appealing appearance.

Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's menu offerings, including BBQ meats, sides, and sauces, and provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers by describing menu items, answering questions, and offering recommendations.

Work efficiently and swiftly to serve customers in a timely manner during peak periods, managing the flow of guests and coordinating with other team members to ensure a smooth and expedited service experience for guests.

Accurately fulfill customer orders by carefully listening to preferences, accurately assembling trays, and double-checking orders before serving to guarantee precision and meet customer expectations.

Ensure a clean and organized service area by promptly clearing used dishes, utensils, and trays, and regularly sanitizing surfaces to maintain a hygienic and appealing environment for customers.

Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
