Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every other weekend rotation and some holidays | 4x12 schedule may be considered | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, including Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based critical care

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required, within the last 3 years
• Experience in Medical, Surgical, and/or Trauma ICU settings required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms; maximum of three attempts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Magnet-designated or academic medical center environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity trauma and surgical critical care populations
