Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative Sandhills Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast‑paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi‑line phones and in‑person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team‑focused customer service environment. Schedule and compensation: Salary: $15.00–$18.00 per hour for each hour worked. This is a full‑time or part‑time position, with a 4 x 10 schedule, working 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. No weekends and no on‑call requirements. Minimum qualifications and skill set: 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client‑facing role required Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare‑related front desk experience preferred Proficiency in the following skills: Ability to manage a multi‑line phone system while assisting in‑person clients Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations Strong organizational and time management skills Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow preferred Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution‑oriented during busy periods WVP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
