Shuttle Driver

Sonesta International Hotels - - Responsibilities: Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients according to the Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards.; Respond to all guest requests for shuttle service in a prompt and courteous manner; assist guests with luggage while boarding and off-loading vehicle.; As an airport hotel, maintain a strong commitment to transportation excellence by ensuring airline crew members and guests are picked up and dropped off safely, efficiently, and within required service time standards.; Operate vehicle in accordance with state laws; observe all airport rules pertaining to the shuttle vehicles.; Provide operational support to the Front Desk as needed, including answering hotel telephone calls, assisting guests with inquiries, transferring calls, and supporting guest service initiatives.
