Clinical Project Manager

Ipsen seeks a Clinical Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical study teams and manage contract research organizations across global trial operations. The role encompasses study team oversight, budget management, vendor selection, and regulatory compliance from initiation through study closure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional clinical study teams and CRO partners through trial lifecycle
- Develop and execute study budgets, timelines, and project plans in collaboration with internal functions
- Oversee vendor selection, service provider contracts, and operational oversight activities
- Review study documents, progress reports, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality standards
- Coordinate feasibility studies, site selection, and clinical monitoring activities with study teams
Requirements
- Clinical trial project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
- Experience with clinical outsourcing, vendor management, and budget oversight
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel as needed for site visits and team engagement
