Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (minimum 90 days)

Position Overview

Our team is looking for Inpatient Coordinators to support daily hospital outreach, data abstraction,

and administrative coordination within the inpatient setting. This role is

fully onsite at the San Bernardino office and plays a key role in maintaining

accurate data and communication with hospital partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to hospitals to obtain patient and clinical information
• Perform data abstraction, review of medical information, and accurate data entry
• Maintain documentation using Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
• Communicate professionally with hospital staff regarding inpatient status and updates
• Handle approximately 10–15 outbound calls per day (not a call center environment)
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant (MA) strongly preferred
• Open to candidates with experience as:
  • Medical Receptionist
  • Scheduler
  • Unit Clerk
  • Patient Access Representative
  • Recent healthcare-related graduates
  • Office Manager
  • Medical Billing/Coding
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication and follow-up skills
• Spanish not required

Work Environment

• Fully onsite at San Bernardino office

This is a Contract position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Rancho Cucamonga,CA.
