As an Aquatics Leader, you’ll oversee all things aquatic, from training swim teachers to ensuring safety and community outreach. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, helping staff and classes run smoothly while occasionally teaching swim lessons. Day-to-Day Tasks Teach swim lessons in the water using our proven methods Observe and monitor staff to ensure a superb experience for all clients Perform pool maintenance and facility upkeep Coach and mentor swim instructors and staff Handle scheduling and provide coverage for instructors and administrative staff when necessary Connect with clients, parents, students, and the community to provide resolutions to any issues or concerns Attend community events to raise awareness about our aquatics program Ensure safety and a positive environment throughout the facility Manage Pool chemistry What You’ll Do: Train and lead swim teachers using our child-centered methods Support staff and ensure safety on the pool deck Engage families and teammates with warmth and professionalism Be a role model for excellence in teaching and leadership What We’re Looking For: A passion for water and working with kids Strong leadership and communication skills Experience teaching and mentoring staff A positive, coachable attitude Availability for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts Perks of the Job Health insurance and PTO Paid training and competitive pay Employee discounts on swim lessons A fun, rewarding atmosphere where you’ll make a difference Join us in creating a safe, supportive, and exciting environment for children and families.
