eDiscovery Specialist

This position is part of the Firm’s E-Discovery team and supports the e-discovery process through all stages of litigation. The specialist works closely with attorneys, litigation support, and the IT department to load relevant data and keep e-discovery projects on track. This role also helps ensure searches are written efficiently, performed correctly, and catalogued accurately. In addition, the position collaborates with the E-Discovery and litigation teams to provide high-level technical support and develop documentation.

This position provides hands-on technical support for document organization and control, including electronic discovery and document productions in a variety of electronic formats. The role manages litigation databases, including their design, creation, and maintenance. It also oversees data acquisition and delivery to vendors, verifies data integrity, imports images, data, and transcripts into databases, and exports data as needed. The specialist corrects vendor errors, reformats and converts data, and designs forms and reports. The role also troubleshoots issues and recommends technical solutions.
