Job Description: Company Overview Thielmann Group has been a trusted name in Milwaukee Area Trades since 1929, providing 5-star customer service in every interaction across its three growing locations. Responsibilities Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Create accurate and complete sales proposals that can be transferred to the installation team. Provide complete and accurate information about products and pricing to create confident buyers. Excite potential customers about Thielmann Group and encourage word‑of‑mouth referrals. Become an expert in the local market, understanding customer needs. Qualifications Proven track record in sales. General plumbing knowledge. Financial acumen, including ability to determine job profitability and the impact of operational activities. IT competent with experience using Microsoft Office and current sales applications. Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities. Strong verbal and written communication. Familiar with local codes and ability to discuss company product lines. Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
