Location: Dublin, VA

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our warehouse and distribution team in Dublin, VA. The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick products and materials according to customer orders and work instructions.
• Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order information before packing.
• Label packages and prepare completed orders for shipping.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records as required.
• Stock, organize, and replenish materials within assigned warehouse areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools as trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse processes.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Assist with receiving, inventory counts, order fulfillment, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift and move materials associated with warehouse operations.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties throughout the assigned shift.

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse and distribution environment and may involve frequent movement, material handling, repetitive tasks, and changing workload demands. Employees are expected to follow all applicable safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
