Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients in observation and telemetry settings
• Respond to on-call requirements as needed outside of scheduled shifts
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
• Experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing environment
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in an on-call rotation
• Willingness and ability to float to other units as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an observation or step-down unit setting
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
