Member Service Representative II – Remote | Full-Time | Remote – Must live outside Houston We are hiring an experienced Member Service Representative II to join a busy Contact Center. This role provides phone, email, and chat support to members while resolving account questions and delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do: Handle high-volume inbound member calls and inquiries Resolve account questions, complaints, and service issues Process transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance Assist members with online/mobile banking and other digital services Document customer interactions and elevate complex issues when needed Identify opportunities to recommend products and services What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of high-volume call center/customer service experience required High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems Professional, patient, and customer-focused Bilingual a plus Credit union/banking experience preferred Schedule: Full-time, hourly position Shifts between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM CST Some weekends and overtime may be required Saturday training may be required Important: Candidates must live outside the Houston area HOUSE32 #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Specialists
