Responsibilities About the Role: The Organizational Effectiveness & HR Program Manager supports the design and delivery of people programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives for a defined business area. This role partners with HRBPs, managers, and HR centers of excellence to improve team effectiveness, support core people processes, and execute change and organizational initiatives. The position requires strong project management, structured problem solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Partner with HRBPs, HR COEs and business stakeholders to understand team needs, business priorities, and people-related challenges within a defined scope. Support the design and execution of organizational effectiveness initiatives such as the talent density roadmap, and co-location strategy, including process improvements, manager enablement, and team interventions. Drive day-to-day coordination and delivery of HR programs (primarily OE, OC/EB), ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, communication, and implementation quality. Support core people cycles such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent discussions, and workforce planning activities. Develop and improve tools, templates, and operating mechanisms that increase consistency, efficiency, and user experience across HR processes. Track program risks, dependencies, and progress, and elevate issues when needed. Create and maintain dashboards and, or datasets to track key HR metrics. Use this data and stakeholder feedback to identify issues, generate insights, and recommend practical actions. Contribute to change management activities by supporting communication plans, rollout readiness, adoption tracking, and reinforcement actions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in HR, organizational development, talent, program management, consulting, or a related people function. Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work. Good analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate observations into actionable recommendations. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR and business stakeholders. Familiarity with organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent processes, or change management is preferred. High ownership, learning agility, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
