Wealth Management Associate

Overview Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. We have an immediate opening for a Private Wealth Associate with four to eight years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link; however, candidates in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Support in sophisticated estate planning and drafting, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning. Collaborate with attorneys across our offices in the Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic industry group. Maintain high professional standards and provide timely, accurate legal work under pressure. Qualifications Four to eight years of experience in private wealth or related practice areas preferred; prior law firm experience required. Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or a commitment to obtain one as soon as possible. Location, Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more. Salary ranges are: California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. $230,000 - $275,000; Minnesota and Vermont $215,000 - $275,000; salaries in all other markets will vary based on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
