Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted license in Physical Therapy in the state
- 1 year of PT experience (required)
- LTC or Rehab experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license in the state
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop effective treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and independence.
- Lead and direct the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with relevant regulations and established facility policies.
- Assist patients in regaining independence with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs.
- Ensure compliance with skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
