Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional to serve as our Customer Care Manager. This position combines consultative account management, customer retention, coverage reviews, sales, and team mentorship.

The ideal candidate has a successful insurance or related sales background and can confidently review full customer accounts, uncover coverage gaps, recommend additional protection, and resolve escalated customer concerns.

Compensation

• $100,000-$120,000 per year
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, consultative reviews of current policyholders' accounts
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate products and additional coverage
• Develop opportunities to deepen customer relationships and expand existing accounts
• Address escalated customer-care concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
• Implement strategies that support customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide knowledgeable guidance while helping customers make informed coverage decisions
• Mentor team members and model effective sales and customer-care practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all agency and industry requirements

Qualifications

• At least four years of insurance or related sales experience is required
• Active Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses are required
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and account development
• Proven ability to retain business and resolve complex customer concerns
• Successful record of coaching, mentoring, or supporting other team members
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate solutions
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable working toward performance goals
