Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities Identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty Conduct proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement Deliver a full PNC conversation during every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources Identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment Participate in efficient and accurate branch daily operations Requirements Associates or equivalent degree, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Typically requires 3+ years of experience Knowledge of banking products Knowledge of retail lending Banking and product knowledge Customer service and customer experience skills Proactive sales, prospecting, and selling skills Ability to identify opportunities and understand customer needs Digital awareness and ability to leverage technology Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within a matrix management environment Subject to additional background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations Position subject to Section 19 of the FDIA and, for registered roles, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements concerning certain criminal histories PNC will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in proactive sales and customer service within the banking sector, leveraging technology to enhance customer financial wellbeing and drive loyalty.
