We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting critical IT initiatives in Tallahassee, FL. This on-site role offers the opportunity to lead change management efforts across diverse technology projects, including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate OCM activities, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitate workshops, and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies. This role is pivotal in driving organizational readiness and fostering positive change outcomes. - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience, including 1-3 years in project or change management roles
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methods, and industry best practices (PMBOK knowledge a plus)
- Proven ability to develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience leading or supporting complex IT projects, including enterprise systems and digital initiatives
- Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
