Senior Network Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, and support a highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise network infrastructure. This role is a blend of hands‑on engineering and project work (approximately 50/50), supporting data centers, corporate offices, and cloud networking environments while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. Administer routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, and cloud networking. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize reliability. Lead network projects including upgrades, hardware refreshes, security initiatives, and disaster recovery. Maintain network security, documentation, and access controls. Mentor junior team members and serve as an escalation point for technical issues. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams on enterprise initiatives. Technical Requirements Enterprise networking experience with Cisco (Nexus, Routing, Wireless, ISE). Experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls. Networking in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments. Experience with F5 BIG-IP load balancers and Web Application Firewall (WAF). Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols. Experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Juniper is a plus. Ansible for network automation is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4–6+ years of enterprise network administration/engineering experience. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading technical projects independently.
