Crisis Care Center - RN Supervisor

We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, including coordinating schedules, approving time off, and other supervisory duties Coordinate client care with integrated clinical and medical teams Administer direct nursing care, including wound care, diabetes care and monitor changes in condition Complete comprehensive assessments and documentation Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, medication management, regulatory practices and organizational policies Staring Salary: $130,000 with final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, on-call as needed Salary - Salary Plan, 130,000.00 USD Annual What We Offer: Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
