Responsibilities Process optimisation: continuous analysis and improvement of technical and organisational workflows for the sustainable improvement of business processes Initiation, implementation and monitoring of optimisation measures along the value chain Application of methods: Implementation and application of the group-wide TopX transformation programme at the Harkebrügge site, taking LEAN & Six Sigma into account Change management: organising workshops and training courses to support change processes Key performance indicator management: development and monitoring of indicators to measure progress Interface function: Interdisciplinary cooperation with various departments such as Production and Management Documentation and reporting: Creating and managing reports What you bring with you Completed technical vocational training or vocational training as a butcher/food technology specialist Further training as a business economist, business administrator or master craftsman or a technical/business degree would be an advantage Alternatively, several years of professional experience in the advertised field of activity is required Strong hands‑on mentality Very good communication and teamwork skills High affinity for numbers Routine in dealing with Microsoft Office and PowerBI #J-18808-Ljbffr Bell Food Group
