About the Role As a Mental Health Therapist at ACP, you will deliver high‑quality psychotherapy and mental health services to adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, cognitive decline and dementia, and complex medical and psychosocial issues. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence‑based therapy and mental‑health interventions. Travel to various medical and community settings to reach clients who may face barriers to traditional in‑office care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health‑care professionals. Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. What We're Looking For Master’s or doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field. Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC.
