GENERAL MANAGER

$95,000–$115,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Upscale Full-Service Restaurant | Scratch Kitchen | Wine & Cocktail Program | Private Dining & Events

We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant known for exceptional food, elevated service standards, and a strong culture built around teamwork and hospitality.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a polished hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and understands how to balance guest experience, financial performance, and team development at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all daily front-of-house restaurant operations
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through visible, hands-on floor leadership
• Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly employees
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and controllable costs
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service execution
• Oversee private dining, large parties, and special events
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Monitor financial performance and support top-line revenue growth
• Build a positive culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service, upscale, or fine dining experience preferred
• Strong food, wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha, MICROS, Toast, or similar
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Ability to lead from the floor while maintaining operational standards
