Responsibilities Promote and sell life insurance products to clients Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent Provide guidance and support to new agents to help them succeed Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and recruitment goals Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities Requirements Active Life Insurance License Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in insurance sales or recruiting is a plus Knowledge of different life insurance products and policies Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Vikas Datta Insurance Services
