AI Developer - Vertex AI & Google Dialog Flow

Overview:

About the Role: We're seeking an AI Developer with expertise in Google's AI platform to join our Chicago team for a 6-month project. You'll be working with Vertex AI and Google Dialog Flow to develop and implement conversational AI solutions and machine learning applications.

What You'll Do:

Develop and deploy machine learning models using Google Vertex AI platform
Design and implement conversational AI applications with Google Dialog Flow
Build and optimize chatbots and virtual assistants for various business use cases
Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications
Train and fine-tune natural language processing models
Collaborate with product teams to understand AI requirements and use cases
Monitor model performance and implement improvements
Document AI solutions and provide technical guidance to stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with Google Vertex AI platform and services
Hands-on expertise with Google Dialog Flow for conversational AI development
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and model deployment
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and understanding
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
Understanding of cloud-based AI/ML workflows and best practices
Experience with API development and integration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Cloud Platform certifications (Professional ML Engineer, etc.)
Experience with other Google AI services (AutoML, Speech-to-Text, etc.)
Knowledge of conversational design principles
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
