Operations Support Specialist I

Overview CA - Westlake Village As the Operations Support Specialist I you'll manage client relationships, provide quality service, assist internal departments, follow up on escalations, and documentation request. You'll also support ad-hoc initiatives and projects to help increase efficiency and quality for the Operations team. Responsibilities Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA's. Review documentation and requesting documentation when needed. Responsible for 24 hour refund/invoice submissions. Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, complete multiple task daily. Qualifications 1+ years of related experience in Administrative Support, Project Management or similar field. High school diploma required; Bachelor\'s degree in related field preferred. Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services. Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Entry level to intermediate experience with mortgage software (Encompass). Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Hourly range for new hires is generally $24.15 - $27.73 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
