Join our team in a supportive, pleasant environment! We are seeking a Mailroom Specialist to work primarily with OPEX mail machines to prepare and scan hazard mail documents for electronic transfer. While the position is not high-stress, it can be fast-paced depending on daily mail volume.

Position Overview:

Efficiently prep and scan incoming electronic mail (E-Prep/FTP) using OPEX mail machines

Organize and sort mail for associates

Process some manual paperwork as well as document scanning

Accurately feed opened documents into machines for processing

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Attention to detail and good decision making

Basic computer skills and comfort with technology

Good organizational skills and flexibility

Ability to learn multiple policies and procedures

Comfortable working nights (MondayFriday, 4:00 PM 12:30 AM)

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods

Able to lift up to 40 lbs

Good hand/eye coordination

Enjoys working as part of a team, pleasant and easy-going personality

Work Environment & Attire:

Relaxed dress code: jeans and tennis shoes permitted (no T-shirts with print)
