Physical Therapist – Outpatient Location: Summit Point – Macedonia, OH. Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient. Join a supportive team at Aegis Therapies. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to seniors in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions in residents’ rooms or the on‑site outpatient clinic. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care. Perform patient education and assist with scheduling to promote independence and recovery. Follow all clinical policies, protocols, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
