Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with critically ill or complex patient populations in a high-acuity setting
• Familiarity with critical care monitoring equipment and ventilator management
