Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
An established and well-maintained community in Destin is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady work, strong benefits, and long-term stability.
What You’ll Do- Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues promptly
- Perform general, preventative, and emergency maintenance
- Help keep the community safe, functional, and resident-ready
- Take pride in your work and respond efficiently to service needs
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to work
Preferred (Not Required):
- CPO Certification
- HVAC / EPA Certification
