About the Role

We are looking for high-energy sales professionals with strong business sense, a proactive mindset, and the potential to grow into future sales leaders.

The Sales Client Partner will take ownership of client relationships, grow existing accounts, and develop new business opportunities.

Required Experience

Approximately 5 8 years of total experience
At least three years of quota-carrying sales experience
Consistent achievement of sales targets during the past three years
Client-facing experience
Experience supporting or owning deals worth more than $500,000
Ability to clearly explain your specific role in each deal
Delivery, consulting, or presales experience is preferred

Key Qualities

Strong drive and initiative to build professional relationships
Confidence working with senior leaders
Strong spoken and written English
Practical knowledge of AI and its use in daily work
Ability to explain Orion's AI-first approach confidently
Ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business
Flexibility, coachability, and willingness to take ownership
Ability to manage several priorities in a hands-on environment
