Schedule & Pay

· Mon-Fri 5:15 PM - 3:45 AM

· Training Required on 1st Shift

· Competitive hourly pay based on experience

What You’ll Do

· Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.

· Identify and document quality issues, working with production teams to implement corrective actions that improve efficiency.

· Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures to reduce defects and improve consistency.

· Collaborate with managers to enhance product safety, streamline processes, and improve overall quality control measures.

· Maintain accurate quality records and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years of experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant production or inspection experience.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and meters.

· Comfortable working on your feet for long periods.

· Team-oriented but able to work independently.

· Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Reliable transportation required.
