Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, SQF, and other food safety and quality programs.
• Supervise, train, and develop FSQA and sanitation team members.
• Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, customer complaints, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain food safety documentation, monitoring, and verification activities.
• Assist FSQA management and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of FSQA experience in food manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SQF, and food safety systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.
