Laundry Production Supervisor

Surfside Laundry is seeking full-time Laundry Production Supervisors to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will oversee daily laundry production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
• Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding production goals and progress.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a laundry or production environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
• Basic computer skills for tracking production and reporting.
