Production Supervisor (1st Shift)LHH is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis, IN. This is an opportunity to lead frontline operations within a growing organization that prioritizes efficiency, employee development, and operational excellence. In this role, you will drive daily production activities while partnering cross-functionally to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain a strong team-oriented culture.
